New Beginnings: Where Have I Been?

I wanted to share with you all where I have been and what has been going on in the past couple of months. I did put a hold on my blog for a while to gather myself together and figure things out, but now that we are settling in I am back on it and would love to share with you what the heck I’ve been doing and been! 

Those of you that don’t know, my fiancé is in the professional soccer/futbol world, hence the name of my blog “fashion meets futbol” ;). So that means an extravagant life right? haha not exactly (and most of my american soccer WAGS out there can agree with me). Most of the time I am trying to transition, starting my life over again into a new state (or country). Figuring out new jobs, finding new friends and spending a lot of “quality” time by myself (and dog Toby), while Luis is focused on the game.

Luis and I have recently moved from Mexico to Utah! Luis and I consider ourselves lucky when we ended up in Monterrey, Mexico. We met wonderful people that we now call our friends and the city treated us well. The daily experiences I went through, wether it was learning the language or the culture and ways of the city it was overall a great and eye opening experience. Now, that we are in Utah and settling in we are excited for all the new adventures to come!

The Nines Hotel in Portland is a must visit if you have never been, great restaurants and a roof top bar.
